Step 1 – Install Keplr Wallet Extension

To begin, visit https://www.keplr.app/ and click on “Install Keplr for Chrome”, which will lead you to the Chrome extension store.

Select: “Add to Chrome”.

You can skip this step if you already have the Keplr wallet extension installed.

Step 2 – Create a Keplr Account

Open the Keplr wallet extension nestled in your Chrome’s “Extension” toolbar on the top right of the browser. Upon doing this for the first time, you will be led to a page for you to create a Keplr account. There are a few options for you to choose from, so choose one and follow the steps as directed.

Once that is done, you have successfully created your Keplr wallet!

Step 3 – Stake your OSMO

Click on the Keplr Wallet icon to open it. Select “Osmosis” from the drop down menu of blockchains accessible through the Keplr wallet.

Click on the “Stake” button.

A new window listing all validators of the Osmosis blockchain will open up. Scroll down to “interchain.FM🥩” and then click on “Manage”

A pop-up will appear for you to delegate your OSMO to interchain.FM🥩. Click on “Delegate”.

Fill in the amount of OSMO you would like to stake and click on “Delegate”. Do make sure you have enough OSMO left after staking in order to pay fees.

Read through transaction data, check the fee and if all the input is filled appropriately, select “Approve”.

You will receive a notification when staking is successful and that’s it! You have now staked your OSMO.

Step 4 – Claim your OSMO rewards

Your staking reward starts accruing from the moment you stake. To claim your reward, open up your Keplr wallet extension and select “Osmosis” from the drop down menu of blockchains. There will now be a section showing you the amount of reward you are currently entitled to. Click on “Claim”.

Read through transaction data, choose the fee option you would like to use and if all the input is filled appropriately, select “Approve”.

You will receive a notification when claiming is successful and that’s it!
